Description:
Amocillin 50% is a penicillin antibiotic that fights against bacteria. Amocillin 50% is a broad spectrum semisynthetic aminopenicillin antibiotic with bactericidal activity, Amocillin 50% binds to and inactivates penicillin binding proteins(PBP) located on the inner membrane of the bacterial cell wall, inactivation of penicillin binding protein interferes with the cross linkage of peptidoglycan chains necessary for bacterial cell wall synthesis and rigidity, Amocillin 50% interrupts bacterial cell wall synthesis and results in the weaking of the bacterial cell wall causes cell lysis, Amoxicillin is the trihydrate form of amoxicillin, a semi synthetic antibiotic used for the treatment of a variety of bacterial infections, Amocillin 50% has a role as an antibacterial drug and anti microbial agent.
Indication:
Amocillin 50% is indicated for the treatment of chronic respiratory disease (CRD) pneumonia, fowl cholera, infectious coryza, fowl typhoid, colibacillosis, infectious enteritis, staphylococcosis and bumble foot in poultry.
Dosage & Administration:
1gm per 5 liters of drinking water for 3 to 5 days.
Withdrawal Time:
Meat: 08 days.
Precautions:
Do not use in animals sensitive to penicillin.
Use medicated drinking water within 24 hours.
Consult the veterinarian before use.
Keep out of the reach of children.
Protect from heat, light & moisture.
Store in a cool & dry place at below 25°C.
