AMOCILLIN-LA 20% injection

COMPOSITION:

Each ml contains:

• Amoxicillin as Trihydrate…………………..200mg (USP Specification)

INDICATIONS:

Amocillin-LA 20 injection is indicated for the treatment of pneumonia, diarrhea, bacterial enteritis, mastitis, metritis, cutaneous abscesses and other infections of respiratory, gastrointestinal and urogenital tract, post-operative, skin and soft tissue infections of ruminants and poultry.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:

Administer the following dose by intramuscular or subcutaneous injection.

• Cattle / Buffalo / Sheep / Goat: 1 ml per 13.2Kg body weight.

• Repeat the dose after 48 hours if required.

• Poultry: 0.2ml per 1 Kg body weight.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD:

• Meat: 28 days

• Milk: 3 days

PRECAUTIONS:

• Shake well before use.

• Consult the veterinarian before use.

• Always store at room temperature (avoid extreme temperature).

• Protect from direct sunlight and moisture.

• Keep out of the reach of children.

• Do not use in animals sensitive to penicillin.
