Indications

• Livestock:

• As an infusion therapy in cases of debility and fatigue.

• As adjunct therapy in treatment of diseases (Ketosis, acetonemia, coli mastitis, pneumonia, puerperal paresis etc).

• As a febrifuge and anodyne.

• Facilitate restoration of appetite and mobility in debilitated animals.

• Toxin neutralizer and circulatory stimulant.

• Well synergist with most antibiotic treatment.

• Poultry:

• It enhances overall growth and productivity.

• Promotes bone and muscle development.

• Offers pain relief and instant energy to aid rapid recovery.

• Supports protein synthesis.

• Helps to maintain electrolyte and fluid balance.

Dosage and Administration

To be given at body temperature by slow intravenous infusion. In exceptional cases (Poultry) by intramuscular injections also, but not in horses.

• CATTLE/BUFFALO: 150-250ml

• HORSE: 50-200ml

• SHEEP & GOAT: 20-30ml

• CALVES: 30-70ml

• POULTRY:

  • IM/SC = 0.2ml/kg b/w

  • Oral = 0.4ml/kg BW
