COMPOSITION

• Each Kg contains:

  • Furosemide: 20gm

  • Potassium Chloride: 4gm

  • Calcium Carbonate: 45gm

  • Maganese Sulphate: 1gm

  • (As per Innovator’s Specification)

DESCRIPTION

• Furosemide is a sulfonamide derivative and the most commonly administered diuretic in veterinary medicine.

• As a loop diuretic, Furosemide inhibits the reabsorption of sodium and chloride in the thick ascending loop of Henle, resulting in the loss of water, sodium, and chloride into the urine.

• Belladonna extract is used primarily to reduce body discharges, and it helps reduce stomach acid, which can assist with nausea, acid reflux, and treating ascites (accumulation of abdominal fluid) in poultry.

INDICATION

• URIFUR ET is used to treat:

  • Ascites (accumulation of abdominal fluid) in poultry

  • Nephritis and hepatic disorders

  • Parasitic and microbial infections

  • Lesions in the kidney and liver

  • Hepato-renal toxicity

DOSAGES AND ADMINISTRATION

• For best results, use 1gm per liter or as per veterinarian recommendations.
