Composition:

Lincomycin as HCL (100 mg) and Colistin sulphate (800,000 IU).

Description:

This product is a combination antibiotic therapy used in poultry to provide broad-spectrum defense against Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacterial infections. Lincomycin is a lincosamide antibiotic primarily effective against Gram-positive bacteria and certain anaerobic pathogens, while Colistin Sulphate is a polymyxin antibiotic that targets Gram-negative bacteria such as Escherichia coli and Salmonella species.

Indications:

In poultry, it is used to treat bacterial diseases sensitive to this combination, including chronic respiratory disease (CRD) caused by Mycoplasma species, bacterial enteritis caused by Clostridium perfringens, Colisepticemia, and Infectious coryza.

Dosage and Administration:

Administer 1 gram of ETON LINCO per 1-2 liters of clean water for 5-7 days or as prescribed by a poultry veterinarian.

Withdrawal Period:

5 days for poultry.

Precautions:

Store at room temperature away from extreme temperatures and direct sunlight; it is for veterinary use only (not for human use), should be kept out of reach of children and animals, and the container should be closed securely after each use while ensuring hands are washed thoroughly after use.
