GENTRAX injection

COMPOSITION:

Each ml contains:

• Gentamycin Sulphate eq. to Gentamycin…………….200mg (BP Vet Specification)

INDICATIONS:

Gentamicin is indicated for the treatment of all infections caused by or associated with micro-organisms sensitive to gentamicin including infections of the respiratory, gastrointestinal and urogenital tract, skin and tissue infections, uterine infections, abscesses and sepsis.

DOSAGE:

• LARGE ANIMALS:

  • Cattle, Horses: 4ml / 100 kg b.w.

  • Camel: 3ml / 100 kg b.w.

  • Calves, Sheep & Goats: 2ml / 50 kg b.w.

• POULTRY: 0.05ml / kg b.w.

• PETS: Dogs, Cats: 0.25ml / 5kg b.w.

PRECAUTIONS:

Not to be administered to animals in the first month of pregnancy. Not to be diluted or mixed with other products before use. Store in a cool and dry place away from sun light. Keep out of the reach of children. Shake well before use.

WITHDRAWAL TIME:

Meat Eggs: 7 days, Milk 5 days

STORAGE:

Store below 25 °C protect from light. In-use shelf-life: 8 weeks, when stored below 25°C.
